The Xenos Villa IV is the newest of the highly rated Xenos Villas located on the beautiful island of Kos Greece. Xenos Villa IV was built in 2019. The villa is located within easy reach of the beach of Tigaki. The villa makes for an ideal family, couples, or group holiday rental for those seeking a bit of privacy, without sacrificing access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the sea.
Xenos Villa IV is 1 Km from Zipari village, and 500 meters from the very popular village of Tigaki, where you will find many fine restaurants, bars and shops. The interior of the villa is of modern design with large windows and stunning sea views. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast from the living room.
The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a layout that stretches over 3 floors, allowing plenty of personal space for its guests. The main entrance leads to the first floor facing the sea, it consists of a living room, dining area, open plan kitchen, one bedroom (with double bed) and 1 bathroom. Both the living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The dining areas, both located on outdoor verandas), have alluring sea views. The living room has floor to ceiling windows that flood the rooms with sunlight. The villa provides an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean Sea. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a double bed), a full bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower room and a separate WC, plus a large room with a complete gym set up and an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. The second floor consists of a very large loft with a double bed, an en suite WC and a single sofa bed.
