Xenos Villa 1 is a stunning villa near the beach of Tigaki, which is just 500 meters away. It is ideal for those families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing villa holiday by the beach. The villa is centrally located from the very popular village of Tigaki, where you will find many fine restaurants, bars and shops. The village of Zipari is just 1km away where you will find transport links to Kos Town.
Xenos Villa 1 has a modern design with large windows and beautiful sea views. You can also see the island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coastline from the living room. The villa provides all the facilities a large group may need and a layout that stretches over 3 floors, allowing plenty of personal space for its guests. The main entrance leads to the first floor facing the sea; it consists of 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with twin beds) and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a direct ocean view and the third bedroom has a beautiful mountain view.
The second floor consists of a living room, dining area and open plan kitchen. Both the living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The dining areas, both located on outdoor verandas have panoramic sea views. The living room has expansive glass doors and the bedrooms windows flood the rooms with sunlight. Both provide an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean Sea. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a gym room with an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 children, a hydro massage and steam bath cabin, a separate bathroom (sink and w.c.) and a laundry room.
