Villa Kapparis is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a private pool. The villa is in an excellent location, just 1 km from the sandy beach and within a 10 minutes’ walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay where you can find many shops, bars, and restaurants.
Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. There is an open-plan lounge area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, perfect for a self-catering holiday. There is also a WC on this floor. Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, along with another separate shower and toilet room. There is a spacious outside balcony area on this floor that offers stunning sea views.
Outside, you can find the large garden and private pool area which provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining. There is a BBQ available also. Satellite TV and free WIFI are provided, and the villa has full air-conditioning. Overall, this is an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort centre and to the beach.
