Villa Green Bay is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that comes with a private swimming pool. The villa is in an excellent location, just 1 km from the nearest sandy beach and within a 10 minute walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay where there are many shops, bars, and restaurants.
Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern décor and has everything you need for your stay. The ground floor features an open-plan lounge area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for your self-catering holiday. There is also a WC on this floor. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. There are also 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower on this floor too.
Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside alfresco dining. You can also find a BBQ and parking in the villa. Satellite TV and free WiFi is available to use, and the villa has full air conditioning. Overall, this is an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to all the amenities in the resort centre and the beach.
