The fabulous Mantaliou Villas consist of 3 x 5 Bedroom villas next to each other (Villa Mantaliou Breeze, Villa Mantaliou Sea and Villa Mantaliou Ocean) each sleeping 11 people so 33 people in total. This is an excellent choice for large families, groups, wedding parties and corporate events! In total you will haved access to 15 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
The 5-bedroom, 3 storey villas are in a prime, central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the popular Protaras strip, the closest beach and the vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras has to offer. The villas are newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay. As you enter each villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living rooms feature a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels and wi-fi connection. The dining areas have a table and chairs to seat 10 people and the kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay. You will also find one of the bathrooms with shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs in each of the 3 villas, you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. The main family bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor. The 3 villas offer the extra luxury of a roof terrace with seating area overlooking the sea views that can be accessed from the first floor. Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level, which is accessed from the living rooms, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one double and one twin that offer a shared veranda. There is another bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC, a small utility area and a full-sized football table.
Outside, the beautiful and sizeable garden of each villa offers a barbecue, work-top and sink area, outside shower, a generous-sized shaded dining area with seating for 10 people, an extra seating area with comfortable sofas, sunloungers and the large, private pool, ideal for those hot days lazing in the Cyprus sun.
