Surrounded by pomegranate trees, citrus groves and banana plantations, Villa Luxor is a charming 5-bedroom villa in an oasis of tranquillity and privacy, yet it is only a short drive from the bustling resort of Coral Bay. Situated only 350 m from the seafront in the prestigious Sea Caves area, the whole property is encircled with greenery, and boasts spacious interior and outdoor areas with a large swimming pool as well as views of the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The ground floor offers an exceptionally spacious living area featuring a working fireplace, ample sofa seating, coffee tables and a small library with book collection. For your entertainment there is a Flat screen internet TV, DVD player and wireless internet connection. Separated by an archway is a generously sized fully equipped kitchen. The utility room housing the washing machine is joined to the kitchen by a connecting door. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with patio doors leading to a swimming pool terrace.  A couple of steps lead you to the spacious double bedroom suite with a wardrobe, large and modern en-suite bathroom, bay windows and patio doors with direct access to the terrace. A small corridor leading to a shower room and a separate entrance from the parking area complete this floor.

Stairs take you to the first floor’s corridor and remaining bedrooms (there is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs). The spacious master double bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, grand bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, ‘his and her’ sinks, bay windows and patio doors with access to a balcony boasting lovely views over the swimming pool, sea and green surroundings. A practical kitchenette equipped with a small fridge and sink is located along the hallway, very useful to have your cold drinks handy.

Outside the private heated swimming pool (payable extra) with walk-in steps is surrounded by a substantial sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a poolside shower. There is purpose-built barbecue area with built in barbecue and additional sink unit as well as a shaded seating area, perfect for al fresco dining. Immediately surrounding the villa are carefully manicured green areas abundant with trees, herbs, and shrubbery. With its lovely private location, this is a wonderful venue for hosting small family celebrations, retreats, or weddings etc. Families will appreciate a nice snack bar/restaurant located 420 m from the villa, offering a playground and grass area as well as nice seating providing beautiful views of the sea and amazing sea caves formations. There is also a path at the sea front leading to another restaurant (operating in summer months) nearby.
