Villa Bella Katerina is a fantastic 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located close to Coral Bay. The property is accessed via double entrance gates leading onto a large, tiled driveway that has a turning island and substantial parking area. The villa design takes full advantage of the beautiful sea views enabling them to be seen from the first-floor bedrooms and the open aspect ground floor kitchen and lounge areas.
Outside you will find a stunning swimming pool with roman steps that can be heated at an additional cost. There is also a hot tub (extra charge) for those relaxing cocktails at sunset. You’ll find an alfresco dining table and chairs, sunbeds & umbrellas and a BBQ for those evenings with family and friends. For endless family fun there is a table tennis table in the garden.
Whilst care hire is recommended, you’ll find restaurants and shops within 2.4km of the villa. The bustling resort centre of Coral Bay is just a 5-minute drive from Villa Bella Katerina. The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it’s no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest offshore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 meters of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies.
