Superior Villa Tropical is a superb, two bedroom Superior Villa located in a cul-de-sac on the eastern plateau of the Resort, ideal for a family holiday and offering ample outdoor areas, where children can play, and adults can relax around a beautiful large pool. With exquisite furnishings, charismatic interior décor this bungalow style villa offers air conditioning throughout allowing you to set the temperature and mood in this opulent property.
Upon entering, a chic foyer leads to the open plan living room featuring a large, comfortable, and lush corner sofa offering a comfy atmosphere with a flat screen 65-inch Smart TV mounted on the wall opposite. The dining area can comfortably seat six people with its wooden table and six green cushioned high back chairs. The kitchen is located just off the dining area, separated by a breakfast bench, and is fully equipped with all essential kitchen necessities. The bedrooms are both located on the right side of the villa. The Master bedroom features an impressive walk-in wardrobe space adding natural light from its glass ceiling feature. This luxury sleeping area boasts natural colours, a king size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps and a nicely designed armchair that easily finds its place within the extensive bedroom space. The ensuite bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub, a walk-in shower, WC, and vanity unit with twin basins. Elegantly draped French balcony doors also open out to the poolside area and gardens. Along the corridor the second bedroom features two single beds with a bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe and convenient wall shelving. Off the side, an ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, vanity unit with single sink and WC.
Outside, a large pergola offers plenty of shade to the poolside terrace space. A 4-seater dining table is under the pergola for those who prefer to dine alfresco, or for those that simply wish to relax with a glass of wine on the 4-seater lounge set. A gas barbeque is located close to this outdoor dining space, along with a sink, ideal and convenient for some live BBQ cooking. Where the Pergola Shades end, the pool area starts. With four sunbeds, two umbrellas and two small tables, there is plenty of different options. The patio area surrounds the private swimming pool set with sunbeds and umbrellas and the gardens beyond are home to an array of fragrant shrubs, plants, and various native Cypriot trees. Overall, this is an ideal villa to enjoy an indulgent, relaxed, sun filled holiday with family or friends.
