Elite Superior Villa Ivy is a great villa if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, a rejuvenating spa experience, or golfing holiday. This spectacular villa is one of the largest villas on the resort.
This beautiful, luxurious four-bedroom villa is built on two levels. It is situated between the 3rd and 4th holes of Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and has beautiful sea views from the master bedroom and the outside patio area. It boasts a big, covered area and is furnished in a simple, contemporary style. The villa features under-floor heating and cable TV. The master bedroom is very spacious and is located on the first floor. It has a stunning terrace with outdoor furniture and overlooks the Mediterranean. The ensuite marble bathroom has a large walk-in shower cubicle, double vanity unit and WC. The second bedroom is also located on the first floor and features two single beds (zip & lock). The large windows open to the outside veranda, which overlooks the pool and Golf fairways of the 3rd and 4th holes. The spacious ensuite bathroom features two vanity sinks, a separate large shower cubicle and a bath with shower. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and boasts an ensuite marble bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is also located on the ground floor. It features two single beds and is connected to the large patio area of the pool. It features an ensuite marble bathroom with a bath and shower. The grand lounge area boasts a high, double floor wooden ceiling and wallpaper decor which gives the ultimate feeling of grandeur to any guest. Eight sets of double doors lead out to the patio area where the swimming pool is located. The vaulted dining area is connected to the living room/lounge area and can comfortably seat ten people. The high-quality Italian kitchen is wooden with granite work tops. It has a contemporary yet classical feel with a traditional hood over the halogen hob and double sinks.
Patio doors open out from the lounge revealing the spectacular heated (at an extra charge) overflow pool that has Roman steps leading into the pool. The exceedingly large patio area around the pool features sunloungers, a built-in barbeque, a single sink, and cupboards. The garden is over is large in size and features a magnificent array of trees, fragrant shrubs, plants, flowers, and grass. For those who prefer to dine outside, have a BBQ, or simply enjoy their breakfast by the pool the shaded dining areas together with the bar counter, adds the final touches to a wonderful outdoor experience.
