Villa Coral Ariana is a modern style impressive villa with an infinity huge private pool and landscaped gardens, built in a large plot of land and provide complete privacy.
This fabulous villa is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, the bungalow style spacious accommodation, large pool, beautiful outside areas and only being 3-4 minutes’ drive to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants.
Outside, there is a huge swimming pool. The first part is very shallow (12 inches) being ideal for small children to sit or paddle and then the pool steps down and extends to a maximum depth of 2 meters. The swimming pool is surrounded by a dining area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, lawn, olive trees, and a lovely, covered seating area. There is also table tennis available.
The villa has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms provide air conditioning and have access to a shared balcony with views over the gardens and distant views of the sea.
Outside, there are two swings for the younger members of the guests, covered parking and a utility area with washing machine and clothes dryer.
On entering the villa, you will find a spacious open plan living and dining area, large fully equipped kitchen, two lounges, a separate shower room with toilet, a bar and a galleried mezzanine level with a third living/play room.
The villa benefits from internet connection and IPTV with UK TV channels (including news, sports, movies, children programmes, film library).
