Villa Ladanje warrants pure relaxation. With a lovely outdoor pool surrounded by nature and splendid mountain views, lavender gardens and sun loungers ideal for lazy afternoons it is difficult not to indulge in the serenity and tranquil ambience the landscape provides, all while being only 9 kilometres away from the hustle and bustle of enchanting Dubrovnik.
Modern facilities and comforts are available throughout. A fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a separate dining area allow for the whole family to get together. And the outdoor covered kitchen with open fire barbecue and alfresco dining table make it a pleasure to enjoy lovely summer evenings in the garden while savouring a delicious Croatian delicacy. With four bedrooms eight guests are comfortably accommodated.
On the ground level is a specious living room with an open kitchen and a breakfast bar, a dining room seating 8, a bathroom with a shower and one of the double bedrooms opening onto a patio. Upstairs are the remaining 3 stylish double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Infamous city Dubrovnik just may be the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, for a good reason. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today it displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometres in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija.
