You are located exactly between the town Split (15km) and the town Trogir (14km). The nearest minimarket Ribola is only 500m, the nearest restaurant is 550m and the nearest beach is Bilajka at 1.1km.
The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool with a no-Chlorine system, hydro-massage, and a counter-current swimming program. The pool size itself is 11m x 4.25m, plus a hydro-massage area with a sitting area 3.5m x 1.2m, and additionally, there is a shallow part (0.4m deep) for your youngest (pool size in total is 51sqm). The spacious sun-deck area spreads on two levels, around the pool and a few steps below on the grass plot. There are 11 sundeck chairs, an outdoor shower, a fully equipped summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area including a ceiling fan, a traditional barbecue, a separate toilet plus an outdoor lounge corner next to the summer kitchen.
The first floor offers an air-conditioned second living room that can be used as a Media room, as it has blackout curtains and a very comfortable sofa, a Play Station 4, and a smart TV, there is also a dining table for 4 people. Next to it is a small gym area with Orbitrak, an Exercise bike, yoga mats, and weights. The living room and the gym have an exit to a terrace with sea and pool views.
