Villa Vode is well equipped and modern villa with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Amazing sea views and pebble beach in front of the villa and restaurant next to the villa (30 m ). The quiet and typical Mediterranean environment gives you a special relaxing feeling.
The ground floor level offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay, a living room with TV, A/C, sofa, dining area for 4, and a terrace with covered outdoor dining area with electric barbecue, two relaxing egg chairs and amazing sea and pool views. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washer next to the entrance.
The first floor offers a bedroom No1 with king-size bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a lounge corner (shared with bedroom 2), amazing sea views. Bedroom No2 with king-size bed (can separate into 2 single beds), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, and the same terrace as bedroom No 1.
The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool with a hydro massage, 4 sun deck chairs, and an outdoor shower. From the sun deck area, you have amazing beach views.
Villa Vode is specially designed for small families or couples for a relaxing holiday, your own piece of Heaven. Conveniently located only 3m to the beach, 150m from minimarket, 100m from the restaurant, and a bar. It's close enough to charming, small Mediterranean town Omiš (3km) and Cetina river (4km) where you can enjoy in many activities like Zip-line or rafting, also close to famous town Split (28km) and Makarska Riviera (28km) with amazing beaches (half hour drive) and yet a perfect location if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening to the crickets surrounded with Mediterranean plants! The beach in Nemira and the local area is very clean and warm, feel free to explore the local area.
