Villa Magica is a fully air-conditioned property furnished to a very high standard. A heated, private swimming pool is on a terrace dotted with sun loungers and to compliment this corner of paradise there is a hydro-massage Jacuzzi tub, on the other side you’ll find comfortable outdoor furniture - all offering privacy and great open views to sea and islands. There is an outdoor shower and a shaded area with a comfortable table and chairs next to the BBQ… Ideal for enjoying an evening drink while watching the sunset...
The villa is less than 10 minutes’ drive to the closest beach, restaurant, and shop - but a car is recommended because the villa is located up a hill. There is an outdoor BBQ and covered dining area with stylish, comfortable furniture and a beautiful circular dining table, ideal for dining ‘al fresco’ during those warm Mediterranean evenings. At night you can admire the glittering lights below… A sign of life on the Dalmatian Riviera from your secluded (but not isolated) retreat away from the cares of everyday life!
On the lower ground floor (pool level): there are 2 double bedrooms with TV, en-suite bathrooms opening on to a terrace with the swimming pool, toilet, sauna, and the fitness room. The ground Floor (outdoor BBQ level) features a Kitchen, large living room with fireplace and dining area opening on to an equipped panoramic veranda, outdoor BBQ with dining area, guest bathroom and laundry room. The first floor is home to a double and a twin bedroom, both with TV, en-suite bathroom opening on to a private terrace.
