Villa Limun is located on the hill just 2km from the sea in Krilo Jesenice (Sumpetar) village offering stunning sea and island views and unforgettable sunsets in a quiet environment. The outdoors offers a private, heated, infinity swimming pool with a counter-current swimming program and a fully automated salt electrolysis system. There are 6 deck chairs on the sun deck area, a hanging swing nest, a lounge corner, an outdoor shower, covered dining area for 6 people with very comfy chairs and sea views. Next to it is also a gas barbecue to show off your alfresco cooking skills.
The main indoor area is next to the pool with floor-to-ceiling glass doors toward the pool giving the interior a lot of natural light and amazing sea views. The Interior offers an open-plan and fully air-conditioned living/dining area, a stylish living area with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, A/C, direct exit to the outdoor dining area, and pool area; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including a coffee maker Nespresso, you even have for your use a new Thermomix that takes you through recipes step by step and gives you tips and tricks that make cooking much easier. There is also a Family bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
The lower ground floor is approachable with an indoor staircase from the dining/living area, you will find there a nice and spacious Cinema room with a Projector, you also have a flat-screen TV, PS4, free WiFi, a comfortable sofa and a popcorn maker. There is a Laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and ironing board, an iron.
The first floor offers 3 en-suite bedrooms and a terrace that can be approached from the hallway. The hot-tub is on the terrace on the Westside and from there you have amazing open sea, pool, and island views. On this terrace, you have a lounge corner and two deck chairs, the perfect spot for nice and cosy evenings.
The neighbourhood is a very quiet, rural area with other villas around you, with nice walking and hiking trails up and down the hill. Car is recommended and here are the important distances from the villa: nearest supermarket (2km), pebble beach (2km), restaurant (1-5km), town Omiš and Cetina river (9 km) with many attractions and activities such as rafting, zip-line, water sports, canoeing, boat tours to islands…and more. The famous town Split with its great historical attractions is only 16km away from the villa, and it is very much worth visiting. The nearest airport Split is 32km.
