The lower ground floor consists of a garage, a gym with various devices such as exercise bikes, multi functional devices, and a climbing wall. There is also a Finnish sauna and a massage room with a massage table.
Climbing the stairs to the villa's ground floor, which can be reached by elevator as well, you come to the comfortable living-dining area with a kitchen, creating an open space concept.
The outdoor terrace can be reached from the living room, where there is an outdoor dining table for 8 people and an outdoor kitchen.
Additionally, there are 4 sun loungers and a private, outdoor, heated pool, a bathroom with a toilet, and a shower. From the outdoor kitchen on the opposite side of the pool, there is an outdoor sofa, outdoor fireplace, and hot tub.
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms with a beautiful view of nature, and en-suite bathrooms with a shower. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet.
Villa Lina is fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi internet access. Parking (outdoor) for 2 vehicles and in the garage for one vehicle, is available at the premises.
